Nildram launches Enhanced Upstream and SDSL (M) for SME market

Nildram, the leading business broadband service provider, has launched two new broadband services for resellers and the SME market, Enhanced Upstream and SDSL (M), which offer high bandwidth and premium level customer service.
Building on Nildram's existing business broadband services, Enhanced Upstream is the product of Annex M and ADSL2+ technology. With speeds of up to 16Mb downstream and up to 2.5Mb upstream this new product is perfect for small businesses, especially media and design companies, who are dependent on adequate bandwidth to send large amount of data to other locations. Additional features offered include unlimited transfer (upload and download), 100Mb webspace, and a guaranteed download speed of 500Kbps to maintain download performance while providing higher upstream bandwidth.
SDSL (M) is a perfect alternative to BT's SDSL and leased line services providing guaranteed symmetrical bandwidth, at a fraction of the cost of traditional SDSL services. Providing a service to suit all requirements, there are four symmetrical upload and download speeds to choose from; SDSL (M) 512k, 1Mb, 1.5Mb and 2Mb. All SDSL (M) services also include free Enhanced Care.
Nildram offers all business broadband subscribers dedicated 24/7 UK based technical support. With Enhanced Care, customers enjoy a Service Level Guarantee (SLG) for resolution of any disruption in service within 10 hours (business clock hours are 8am to 8pm). If the outage is attributed to Nildram or its suppliers and extends beyond 10 hours, then the customer is refunded 1 month of broadband service rental and Enhanced Care fees.
Enhanced Upstream and SDSL (M) are an extension of Tiscali's ADSL 2+ product infrastructure, using Tiscali's technologically advanced Next Generation Network.
ADSL 2+ is the product of improved technology. It provides a more consistent platform for broadband and increased in speed up to 24Mb*. Nildram's broadband packages which feature the 2+ symbol enjoy speed boosts where the exchange technology permits and are marketed well within ADSL 2+ capability at 'up to 16Mb'.
