New e-mail Management and Contact management systemThis new system provides an alternative, trackable and convenient way of contacting us for primary support and assistance, allowing you to raise, log and manage all of your questions and queries on line. To access this new system, simply visit the Nildram homepage and select the 'Customer Support' link from the support drop down menu at the top of the page. From here, you will be able to categorise and provide further information about your query. As soon as a query is submitted an instant confirmation will be emailed back to your assigned email account together with the tracking details. Updates to your question or incident will be sent to the same address and will also be available on line whenever you log in 24 hours a day. This new development is a further step in improving our service offering to you, our customers.
