Terms and Conditions

  1. The Refer A Friend scheme is available to all Nildram broadband customers and referrals can be made to the following Nildram broadband services:
  2. The scheme is not open to Nildram Staff.
  3. Each successful referral will result in the referrer's Nildram account being credited with £12*.
  4. To receive the £12* credit, the referrer must ensure that they enter the correct information on the relevant claim form and voucher. Any referrals that are submitted incorrectly will be unsuccessful, and Nildram cannot be held responsible for validating the information entered.
  5. The referred individual must remain a Nildram customer for THREE CALENDAR MONTHS before the referrer can receive their credit
  6. A £12* credit will not be issued for orders already submitted or for referrals that do not result in an order being placed.
  7. A £12* credit will only be given provided the referrer has a balance on their account no older than 30 days.
  8. No £12* credit will be issued in cases where the individual referred to Nildram is subsequently found to be unable to support broadband or the order fails for any other reason.
  9. There is a maximum limit of TEN referrals per calendar year.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable. A notice of withdrawal will be placed on the Nildram homepage
