I'm getting an authentication error
Check your username and password. If you are an ADSL user ensure you are using your e-mail login not your ADSL login e.g. @gotadsl.co.uk is not required.
Getting error saying POP3/SMTP server not recognized
Check your mail settings. Often an anti-virus program can change POP3 and SMTP server settings so ensure you are using pop3.nildram.co.uk and smtp.nildram.co.uk.
I'm receiving duplicate e-mails
Make sure you have not created the account twice in your e-mail client.
When trying to receive mail the server times out
Check your mailbox through the web mail system in Nildram's user area, you may have been sent a message that is too large to be downloaded. If this is the case, remove the message.
