Troubleshooting
I can't log into my DSLmail account and get username/password invalid
- Make sure your account is activated (see getting started).
- double check your login details and ensure you're using the gotadsl.co.uk part in the login.
Getting error saying POP3/SMTP server not recognized
Check your mail settings. Often an anti-virus program can change pop3 and SMTP server settings so ensure you are using pop3.nildram.co.uk and smtp.nildram.co.uk.
I'm receiving duplicate e-mails
Make sure you have not created the account twice in your mail client.
When trying to receive mail its timing out
Check your mailbox through the web mail system on Nildram's user area too see if you've been sent a mail that's too large for you to download and if so delete the mail(s).
