Troubleshooting

I'm using a ZyXEL SDSL router and I've run through the config but the router doesn't seem to connect.

Through recent support of this router we've found that some users are not able to get "straight on" after first configuring their router. In nearly all cases, this has been fixed by following the install wizard then after saving the settings clicking on the Start Diagnose button. This seems to kick the router into life, you will see if its been successful as all options will change to a pass sign.

The Engineer has finished his install but the wall box he's install doesn't look like the one supplied with my router.

The connector type for SDSL is an RJ11 connector. This can be described as a square connection which is slightly smaller than the typical network (RJ 11) cable. Take the cable from the router and try plugging it into the issued wallbox.
