My Connection keeps dropping

Check the phone line for any noise

Receiving error 651 (Modem has reported an error)

Solution . re-install the modem driver

Receiving error 691 (User name/ Password error)

Solution - check details

Receiving error 650 & 721 (Timeout error)

Solution - check dialup settings

Receiving error 680 (No dial tone)

Solution - check the cabling and phone line or make sure you have set the dialling rules to indicate if you are using a number to get an outside line e.g. "9"
