I can't log into the web server via telnet
Ensure that the details you are using are the same as the FTP for your webspace.
I can't authenticate into the MySQL service.
Keep in mind that the MySQL login details can be different from your FTP so double check them against the welcome letter we sent you. Also, if you are on the mysql.nildram.co.uk server then ensure you're using that as the host (see getting started for more info).
I'm logged in but I can.t make any changes to my database
MySQL is setup with 2 passwords per account, a read/write password and a read only password. Ensure you are using the correct password otherwise you won't be able to make any changes.
