Troubleshooting
I get an Authentication error on FTP
Check your username and password for your webspace are correct and ensure you are using the correct case
I get "Unknown Host" error on FTP
Check that you are connected to the internet by trying a website or e-mail then ensure you are using the correct server name
I've uploaded my pages but I cant see my site
1st check that you've uploaded the files into the www folder and not alongside, then check the case of the URL that you are putting into your browser. PLEASE NOTE Unix webspace is case sensitive so www.mydomain.com/myimage.jpg is different from www.mydomain.com/MyImage.jpg
I get connection refused when trying to FTP
Check your FTP settings for Passive mode (or PASV) and change
