Troubleshooting

My VPOP3 will not allow me to add any more users.

It is likely you need to upgrade your license to allow for more users. You can check the allowed number of users in the 'Info' tab in the settings screen.

I'm receiving error 'Socket Error 11001'

First ensure that you are connected to the internet, simply view a website you have not visited before. When you have verified this, check the 'In Mail' and 'Out Mail' tabs in VPOP3 administrator to double check your settings. If the message is still occurring, contact Nildram Support with the error message.

I'm receiving a relaying denied error when sending.

If you are using smtp.nildram.co.uk, ensure that you are dialed up through Nildram; if you are connected via a different ISP the service will not work.
