Troubleshooting

When I try to send a mail through Webmail I get

"SMTP Error: Recipient not accepted. Verify your relay rules"

This is because the e-mail address you have set in the preferences section of Webmail is not valid.

I've been composing a mail but when I went to send it asked me to log in again

Webmail has a 20 minute idle timeout for security reasons, you must compose any e-mails within 20 mins or you will be asked to log in again

I've checked Webmail and some mails are missing

Webmail only shows a list of mails which are in the mailbox, not always what you have downloaded too. If your mail client is deleting the mail from our server after downloading it then you can change this by selecting the "leave a copy of the message on the server" option within your client
