Troubleshooting
I get DSN Verify Failed.
This could be due to any security applied to the source database when trying to verify my DSN
This is usually because the path to the database is wrong. Ensure the spelling of the database is ok and make sure it’s in the correct location in the data folder
My ASP pages are coming up blank
Ensure that ASP is enabled on the directory you are uploading to.
My HTML pages are loading but the ASP is timing out…
A tip would be to log into www.userarea.co.uk and expand “website” and expand “developer option” from the tree on the left then click on “unload application”. On the right you will then have the option to unload for each directory so click on [ Unload ]
Cold Fusion pages are not showing up
Ensure that cold fusion is enabled (see getting started section) and if it is then you must ensure that the site has its Executable Handling set properly see (https://www.userarea.co.uk/web/developer.aspx#eh) for more info.
