Troubleshooting
I get "The page cannot be found" when looking for my stats
Ensure that the stats have been enabled through your account manager. Failing that then check you are using the correct address eg http://webstats.nildram.co.uk/yourlogin
Some days don't have stats, others do
1st check that there have been connections made to your site that day (this can be done by checking the log for that day via FTP. If there was definitely hits generated then contact Nildram support and we can look into it for you
